What if my referral is already in contact or taken by another referrer?

Referrals are determined upon on a first contact, first referrer basis. This means that the referral belongs to the first referrer that was in contact with the referral.

Are the commissions taxable?

All commissions are taxable for individuals within the USA, and they are required to submit a W-9 form.
